Unison Prayer of Dedication
Gracious and loving God, you nourish our lives and refresh our spirits. On this Stewardship Sunday, we bring our gifts for today and our pledges for the future, asking for your blessing upon them and upon us this day. Transform these gifts, given from our hearts, so that in turn they might work to nourish and transform the world through the ministry of this church. You have richly provided for this world and for your children; make us more ready, we pray, to share generously so that each one might be filled with the necessities of life. Extravagant God, we set our hopes now on you and your faithful and tender care, laying a firm foundation for the future, so that we might grasp and live fully the life that really is life. Make us a generous and faithful people, on this day and every day of our lives. Amen.
