SERMON Generosity: Our Talents and Abilities
UNISON PRAYER
God of power and might, release in us your Spirit’s sacred gifts, that we may be equipped for every good work within your will. Within this congregation, empower us with every skill and resource we need to accomplish the purpose you have for us. Grant us the gift of faith, that we may dare to begin what you call us to do, confident that you will generate the resources necessary to fulfill the vision. Grant us the gift of hope, that we may provide a strong and confident witness to this community. Above all, grant us love, that we may be united as one life. In your name we pray. Amen.

COMMUNITY CAR SHOW
The community car show is Saturday, September 17th. If you know of a person or business that might want to participate please contact them. They might want to donate to the silent auction, have a craft, food or information booth. All proceeds go for tornado recovery in Joplin, MO and Smithville, MS.
